Dr. Lalani is a expert in longevity and nutrition science, bringing a wealth of experience from his extensive career in academia and clinical practice. Before transitioning to outpatient medicine, Dr. Lalani served as a professor of medicine at several prestigious institutions, including UT Southwestern and UCSF.
He holds multiple board certifications including Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, Critical Care Ultrasonography from the American College of Chest Physicians, Clinical Hypertension from the American Society of Hypertension, and Lifestyle Medicine from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.
He is the recipient of numerous accolades including D Magazine’s Best Doctor award in 2024 and 2025.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Lalani is an avid cyclist, rock climber, and guitarist. He is married with three children, two of which are golden retrievers.
