Dr. Neal grew up in Oklahoma City where his parents and two brothers still reside. He received his undergraduate degree in biology-chemistry at Southern Nazarene University and then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. Dr. Neal completed his internship and residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He then practiced for 10+ years within a traditional model prior to transitioning to concierge medicine at North Texas Preferred Health Partners in early 2021. Dr. Neal has been listed as D Magazines’ Best Doctors in Dallas in the category of Internal Medicine. He has also been a member of the medical team to the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA.
Dr. Neal is married to Kam, who is a physician assistant in the Dallas area. He has two sons and a daughter who attend school in Lake Highlands. Dr. Neal’s personal interests include date night with Kam, quality time with his children, playing basketball, playing pickle ball, working in the yard, and watching Oklahoma Sooner football.

She graduated with high honors from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. During medical school, she was inducted into the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
With southern roots and charm, Dr. Wiley enjoys preparing healthy but tasty meals for her family, with the occasional preparation of their favorite southern comfort foods. Dr. Wiley volunteers in her community and with her local church. She has been married to her best friend, Dr. Jamal Wiley, for twenty years. She is an avid sports fan, but her favorite athletes are her three children who are very active in basketball, football, track, and cheer. Dr. Wiley enjoys a variety of fitness activities and is often known to say “if it’s fun and burns calories- then do it! “
